Refund policy

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement

We offer a 7-day Return and Replacement window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as personal care products, innerwear, and customized goods are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

Step 1: Please record a short unboxing video when you first open your package. This is the fastest way for us to verify the issue and process your request.

Step 2: Email us at support@shopexora.in within 24 hours of delivery with the video/photos and your Order ID.

Step 3: We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once the damage is verified.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply send an email to support@shopexora.in.

Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item back to our warehouse.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly to you.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our policy above.
