Shipping policy

At Exora, we are committed to delivering your "Everything, Elevated" experience as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with India’s leading courier services to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to over 27,000+ pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote town, Exora brings quality to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

COD Orders: A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee of ₹49 may apply to cover additional partner costs.

Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹40–60 will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and quality-check your items.

Dispatch: You will receive a confirmation email from support@shopexora.in with your tracking ID as soon as your order leaves our facility.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7–12 business days.

Please note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

5. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Link via Email and SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our warehouse to your home.

6. Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable), the package will be returned to our warehouse.

To avoid this, please ensure your Mobile Number and Shipping Address are accurate at checkout.
